Personal data processing policy

Current privacy policy is formed in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006. No152-FZ "On Personal Data" and determines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data of InduSoft LLC (the Operator).
1. The operator sets its most important goal and condition for the exercise of the rights and freedoms of the person and the subject in the processing of his personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrets.
2. Current personal data processing policy of the Operator (hereinafter referred to as Policy) applies to all the information that the Operator can obtain about visitors to the website https://indusoft.ru/en/.

4. Personal data processing goals

4. The processing time for personal data is unlimited. The user can revoke their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a notice to the Operator via email to the info@indusoft.ru Operator's email address marked "Recall consent to the processing of personal data."
7. Cross-border transfer of personal data
1. The operator is required to ensure that the rights of personal data subjects are protected by a foreign state whose territory is supposed to be transferred to the territory of personal data prior to the start of cross-border transfer of personal data.
2. Cross-border transfer of personal data in the territory of foreign countries that do not meet the above requirements can be carried out only if there is consent in writing of the subject of personal data for the cross-border transfer of his personal data and/or the execution of the contract, the party of which is the subject of personal data.
